“ People are very smart, they lie , they misrepresent the truth, they plan falsehood and execute it, but God distinguishes  His own who has integrity even in the zone of common calamity” This was the submission of the Most Rev Dr Segun Adeyemi the Archbishop ecclesiastical province of Kwara at Day 3 service at this year’s Anglican Bishops retreat holding at the IBRU International Ecumenical Center Agbarha-Otor in Delta State.

According to the medical Doctor Archbishop, men are endowed with authority and power but they don’t know the consequences of falling out of integrity with God hence they take God of integrity lightly not knowing that God is devastating to encounter when he is angry. He warned Gods people not to be foolish but be careful and not be intoxicated with power adding that power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.

He said no matter the challenges, those who sing the gospel psalms must be ready to live the word positing that the word of God does not expire. He gave kudos to church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion) for standing firm as the backbone of Global Anglican Future Conference (GAFCON) The outgoing Bishop of kwara diocese called for self- evaluation in order to measure integrity by being honest, sincere, morally upright, decent noble, undivided, coherent, ethical, honourable, righteous, and be good ambassadors of Christ.    He however warned that there are travel giants on the way adding that Christians cannot  afford to fall to the terrible terrain of the BERMUDA TRIANGLE so as not to disappear under mysterious circumstances of demonic beings.

The erudite scholar gave panacea to challenges of widows, unmarried mothers, pregnant brides, election, translation, preferment, wedding anniversaries, African insurance, envelopes, parting gifts and retirement by being heavenly compliant in steadfastness, gentleness, fruitfulness, crucified to challenges and hearken to Gods voice. He concluded by saying that if believers live tomorrow they should restore today, restore relationship, respect, decorum, truthfulness with lifestyle that is louder than preaching.
