A cleric has opined that walking by faith in God is living by external consequences. The Rt. Revd. Sunday Adewole bishop of Jebba Anglican diocese made this opinion while preaching at this year’s revival flagging off the diocese of Abuja annual evangelism programme Carnival for Christ at the All saints church Wuse Zone 5, Abuja.

Bishop Adewole said to walk by faith means to fear God more than man because all work done to please man will never be rewarded but trusting God absolutely brings miraculous wondrous works.

The cleric opined that walking in faith can make the believer enjoy the Apostolic power, the divine empowerment. The preacher said Christians should not allow the harassment of the devil because they are unstoppable adding that they must always belief, behave and have the holy spirit for the invincible to do the impossible. He called on all believers in Christ to have personal encounter with the Lord and be strong hearted.

Bishop of Jebba Anglican diocese admonished Christians not to negotiate with the devil but take audacious step of faith with complete obedience to the word and will of God. According to him, God will not avenge the cause of a believer until his obedience is total.
