A ghastly motor accident that claimed three lives with others still lying critically ill in the hospital has thrown the entire St Francis College of Theology Community in Wusasa Kaduna State into mourning.    As a result of this development, the Primate of all Nigeria Anglican Communion the Most Rev Nicholas D okoh quickly arranged and dispatched a Primatial condolence visit to St Francis College of Theology Wusasa.  The team representing the Primate was led by the General Secretary Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion) the Ven Dr Stephen Ayodeji Fagbemi, Accompanied by Ven Ben Idume  and Ven Syrenius Okoriko both directors of the Church.

Delivering the message of condolence, the General secretary expressed the pains on the heart of the Primate when he heard about the demise of the three members of the community in the accident where others also sustained serious injuries. He assured the entire community that they are in the thought and prayers of the Primate and the entire Church. The Primate’s representatives also met with the entire community to encourage and prayed for them.

On hand to receive them was the Dean of the college the Rt Rev Praises Omole-Ekun, the members of the faculty and the entire college community. Bishop Praises appreciated Primate Okoh for sending the delegation and highlight their immediate need most importantly looking after the widows and the children the deceased has left behind, the loss of the college bus to the accident among other challenges of the college.

A closed door meeting was held with faculty members on behalf of the Primate. The general secretary of the Church of Nigeria Ven Dr Ayodeji Fagbemi appreciated and encouraged them for their services to the college and the Church as a whole.

It will be recalled that a team of representatives of the college travelled with the college bus to attend a function in Gwagwalada where the unfortunate incident happened.
