The Primate of the Church of Nigeria Anglican Communion, The Most Rev’d Henry C. Ndukuba has approved Mount Sinai Anglican Church, Regina, Canada as the Headquarters of the Church of Nigeria North America Mission Area 1 under the Canada Missionary Region.

CONNAM which is a Mission of the Church of Nigeria was structured into regions and areas early this year based on the Resolution of the General Synod of the Church to serve the purpose of reaching out to more souls and planting new Churches in North America and Canada.

The CONNAM Canada Areas are as follows and supervised by the appointed Canon Missioners.

Area 1 [Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia]
Headquarters: Mount Sinai Anglican Church Regina, Canada.
Canon Missioner: The Ven. Matthew Olajide

[2] CANADA MISSIONARY REGION
Area 2 [Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland, and Labrador] Headquarters: Anglican Church of the Annunciation, Toronto
Canon Missioner: The Ven. Loveday Chuks Elezie

[3] CANADA MISSIONARY REGION
Area 3 [British Columbia, Alberta, Yukon]
Headquarters: Anglican Church of the Trinity, New Westminster, BC
Canon Missioner: The Ven. Temidayo Fasan

The Primate in his approval encouraged the Missioners to continue to do God’s work as they are daily strengthened by God who has sent them into the Mission field. He also used the medium to commend those working with passion and sacrifice to promote the Gospel of Christ despite all oppositions and attacks.
