The Rt. Rev. Samuel Chukwudi Ezeofor was born on May 8, 1967, into the family of Ichie Noel O. and Mrs. Juliana N. Ezeofor of Ezioko Village, in the present-day Orumba North Local Government Area of Anambra State, Nigeria.
