Every parish holds an annual vestry meeting in Febuary, Every diocese holds an annual synod meeting on a date fixed by the diocesan. The general synod for the entire church hlds every three years, Twice yearly Febuary and March and September and October. The standing commitee of the church meet as a smaller group acting for the General synod. The standing commitee meets once any year a General synod meets.
