God Given Talent Not For Commercialization – Primate Okoh

The Primate of All Nigeria Anglican Communion, the Most Rev. Nicholas D. Okoh has charged the youths to use their God-given talents to glorify God rather than commercializing it. He gave the charge at the commencement of the 2nd Primatial Sports Competition of the Diocese of Abuja which took place at the Anglican Girls’ Grammar School’s sports ground.

The representative of the Primate on the occasion, the Rev. Canon Olusegun Majekodunmi who took the kick-off said the sports competition was borne out of passion for the youths to impact their generation positively, be properly disciplined and evangelized. Many teams the Seven Archdeaconries of the Diocese have been slated to partake in the tournament. While the male teams are to take part in the football competition, their female counterpart will play the volley ball.

At the end of the tournament, prizes will be given and a giant cup will be presented for the overall winner.
