Doing The Work Of The Great Commission With Pragmatic Zeal Is My Focus – Bishop Olayinka

The newly Consecrated Bishop of Ogbomoso Missionary Diocese, The Rt. Rev. Titus Olayinka has said that he is going to the Diocese to do the work of the great commission with pragmatic zeal to bring the gospel to the reached and the unreached.

He said this during interview with Journalists after the Service of Consecration. According to the Bishop, God has called him to do the work and bring the gospel of Christ to the World. He called on the people to join hands with him to bring souls to the kingdom for the expansion of His kingdom and to the glory of His Holy Name.

It will be recalled that The Rt. Rev. Titus Olayinka was elected Bishop on the 26th June, 2013 during a one day Synod at Ibru International Ecumenical Centre Agbara-Otor, in Delta State. Before now he was the Provost of the Cathedral Church of St. James’ Okebola Ibadan.

The new Bishop has won many academic laurels to his credit and has Doctor of Philosophy in view of the Crowther Graduate Seminary, Abeokuta.

He succeeds The Rt. Rev. Prof. Osunade who is retiring after attaining the mandatory age of 70 years.

He is married to Bolatito, an estate Surveyor and Valuer and they are blessed with beautiful children.
